1 : Terms of payment
A) all equipment sales are 100% unless stated otherwise
B) All deposits against equipment are non refundable.
C) All prices are excluding vat . Vat will be added on at checkout.
The legal ownership of any goods and or services will only be passed on the client when an order has been dispatched from ourselves.
All parties of this agreement have acquainted themselves with the terms and conditions of sale and have found them acceptable.
Warranties .
Used items.
All of our used items come with a standard warranty of 30 days from the date the item has been received .
Warranty includes .
1 : Parts and labour
2: broken parts are not covered unless stated by ourselves
3: warranty only applies to the purchasing customer and is non transferable.
4: warranty will become invalid if the item has been tampered with by the customer removed to a different property or if the customer has attempted a repair themselves after delivery.
5: in some cases if the fault is a minor fault that can be fixed by the customer we will send full instructions and possibly video on how to repair the fault.
6: in some cases with a major fault we may remove the item from the customer to repair and return once it has been repaired.
7: we will not cover any item that has been left in a cold damp condition as this can effect items performance especially with monitors and heart rate sensors .
